Processing Time

Same-Day Delivery (Dallas County, TX Only)
All same-day orders are processed between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM CST. Orders placed by the 5:00 PM cutoff will be dispatched via Uber® Courier and delivered the same day between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM CST. Orders placed after 5:00 PM will be scheduled for next-day delivery.

Orders with Next-Day or 3-Day Shipping are processed between 8:00 AM and 2:00 PM CST.

  • Orders placed by 2:00 PM CST are handed to our delivery partners the same day and will arrive either the Next Day or within 3 days, depending on the selected shipping method.

  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM CST will be processed the following business day.

    • Next-Day Shipping: Arrives on the 2nd business day.

    • 3-Day Shipping: Arrives on the 4th business day.

Sunday Processing Notice

We are closed on Sundays and do not process orders. Any orders placed on Sunday will begin processing on the following Tuesday.

If you believe you received a damaged or faulty item that was not damaged during shipment, please submit a support ticket immediately. Please note: Incorrect sizing or ordering errors do not qualify as damaged or faulty and are not eligible for a refund or exchange.


If your item is damaged during shipment
, we offer optional package protection through our partner Route® for a small additional fee. Route® protects your order against:

  • Loss

  • Theft

  • Damage during transit

To be eligible for coverage, you must add Route® protection at checkout. Claims for lost, stolen, or damaged packages can be submitted directly through Route’s easy-to-use claims portal.

⚠️ Important: If you decline Route® package protection, Sunset@Vine is not responsible for any packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged after they leave our facility. While optional, we highly recommend adding Route® to your order for peace of mind.

We do our best to get your order out as quickly as possible, but sometimes delays happen!

  • Busy holidays like New Year’s, Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Thanksgiving, Black Friday, and Christmas may slow down processing. 
  • Weather conditions and incorrect shipping/billing info may also affect delivery times.
  • Spring/Summer seasons usually mean faster shipping times!
