💸 24-Hour Risk-Free Cancellation & Refund


To request a cancellation and refund, please complete the form below. All eligible refunds are processed within three (3) business days; however, please note that your bank or financial institution may take additional time to credit the funds back to your account.

Refunds are issued to the original form of payment, including:

  • Credit or Debit Card
  • Gift Card or Store Credit
  • Zelle or Cash App

If you are eligible for a refund and we are unable to process your refund to the original form payment, a check will be issued and mailed to the billing address on file within 30 days. If your purchase was made through Affirm, Afterpay, or Klarna, you must still complete this form and notify them of your refund request directly through their respective apps. These providers are fully aware of our 24-hour risk-free refund policy and will not approve refund requests made outside of this window. If you are eligible for a refund we will notify these merchants of your refund approval, and to stop your payments and issue a refund.

Receiving item(s) from Sunset@Vine and then filing a chargeback—or filing a chargeback after missing the refund deadline—is considered theft. Sunset@Vine reserves the right to pursue all legal remedies available in such cases.
