If you need to cancel your order, you may do so within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. To request a cancellation, please open a Order Support Ticket with your order details.
Refunds for canceled orders will be processed within 3 business days; however, please note that your bank or financial institution may take additional time to credit the refunded amount to your account. After the 24-hour cancellation window has passed, all sales are final, and we will not be able to issue refunds or process cancellations.

📦 Shipping Schedule – Orders are shipped Monday – Friday between 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM PST.
- Orders placed on Saturday will be processed the following Monday.

🚀 Expedited Shipping Available – Standard shipping takes 5 to 7 days, but expedited shipping can be purchased for an additional fee. Please note that holidays and weather conditions may affect all shipping times.
